At Simone Pérèle, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; therefore, we offer a 30-day return policy on all unworn items with original tags and hygiene stickers intact. Please note that for health and safety reasons, items that have been worn or washed cannot be accepted for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer labels and hygiene seals remain attached to the garments.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days of receipt.
